May Event: Impression 5 and Be a Grown-up Kid!

For our May Member Mixer, we'll celebrate our creativity at an exclusive grown-up event at Impression 5 Science Center. Discover your inner child and play/create and challenge yourself with all the exhibits! 

In addition to mingling with fellow creative professionals, we'll be treated to a presentation by Impression 5's Executive Director Erik Larson and Director of Innovation & Learning Micaela Balzer. They'll talk about how the science center is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and give us behind-the-scenes insight on how they put exhibits together that appeal to kids and adults alike. Impression 5 Science Center is a dynamic, interactive space for individuals and families to play, create, and challenge their understanding of science together—and was one of the first hands-on science centers in the entire country!

The event is free for both AAF Lansing members and potential members, but you need to RSVP so we can get an accurate headcount for food and drinks. Can’t wait to see you there!
